Full disclosure- I am the guilty party here who mistook Dan at the conference and THOUGHT I'd read his book. It is too complicated (and a little embarrassing) to explain how that happened, but the happy ending is true. I then promptly read Open Bar and loved it! I look forward to reading more of Dan's writing and appreciate his candor about our interaction. (Even if I feel a little sheepish about the whole thing.)

Totally agree. Exasperating at times, but it's still a fun ride!
